Answer eight questions about your funnel and drop in three numbers. You'll get a conversion-readiness score, a transparent estimate of what your specific leaks are costing you, and the three fixes that move it most. Your numbers never leave this page.

Use rough monthly figures, estimates are fine. Nothing is sent anywhere; the math runs in your browser.
Answer for the path from listing → booking confirmed. Be honest, the result is only as sharp as your input.
No black box. Here's the exact logic.
Score. Each of the eight questions maps to a conversion lever with an impact weight (below). Your answer earns full, half, or no credit. Score = 100 × Σ(credit × weight) ÷ Σ(weight).
Revenue on the table. Your current monthly revenue is visitors × conversion rate × booking value. For each lever you haven't fully nailed, we add its relative conversion-uplift potential, scaled by how much room is left: Σ (1 − credit) × upliftᵢ. That total is capped at +35% relative to stay conservative, then applied to your conversion rate. The headline figure is the modeled estimate; the range floor is half of it.
| Lever | Weight | Max uplift |

Uplift ranges are conservative reference figures drawn from published checkout/booking CRO research (e.g. Baymard Institute cart-abandonment studies, mobile-vs-desktop conversion gaps, and page-speed conversion studies). They describe what's typically achievable by fixing a lever, they are estimates to prioritize work, not guarantees. Your real numbers depend on traffic quality, market, and execution.
