The short version. The free tools on this site do their work in your browser. Whatever you type into them stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. The only personal data I hold is what you deliberately typed into a form and sent me, which is an email address in most cases, or a few details about your platform if you enquired about an audit.
I do not sell data. I do not run ads. I do not use tracking cookies.
MB Online Hub, company code 306658289, registered at Elvyro Andriolio g. 22B, LT-25128 Vilnius, Lithuania.
Questions, or want your data deleted, email hello@onlinehub.marketing. I answer these myself.
Your email address, if you enter it. That happens in two places: when you ask a free tool to email you your results, and when you request a free resource. It is always optional. The tools work fully without it.
Anonymous usage statistics. This site uses Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and collects no personal data. I see how many people used a tool, not who they were.
Nothing from the tools themselves. Your funnel numbers, conversion rates, revenue figures and audit answers are stored in your own browser's local storage so you can close the tab and come back. They are never transmitted to me or to anyone else. Clear your browser data and they are gone.
Purchase information is handled by Polar, who act as the seller for anything you buy here. I receive confirmation that an order happened and the email address attached to it. I never see your card details.
What you send in the enquiry form on the homepage. Name and email are required. Your platform, monthly visitors, conversion rate, average order value and a description of what you think is leaking are all optional, and the form says so. I use it to answer you, and to judge whether an audit would find anything worth paying for. I do not publish it, share it, or use it for anything else.
Your email address: because you gave it to me and asked for something. That is consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Anonymous statistics: legitimate interest in knowing whether the tools are useful. No personal data is involved.
Order records: necessary to perform the contract, and to meet tax and accounting obligations.
Enquiry details: you sent them so I could answer you. That is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and legitimate interest in replying properly.
I use a small number of services to run this site. Each is bound by a data processing agreement, and none of them get your data for their own purposes.
| Service | What it does |
|---|---|
| MailerLite | Sends the emails you asked for, and stores your address, your tool results and your enquiry details |
| Web3Forms | Delivers enquiry form submissions to my inbox |
| Polar | Merchant of record, handles payments and tax |
| Plausible Analytics | Anonymous statistics, no cookies |
| Hostinger | Hosts the site and my email |
Some of these operate outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard.
Your email address stays until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it, whichever comes first. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe and it works immediately.
Order records are kept for as long as Lithuanian tax and accounting law requires.
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months so I can pick up a conversation that goes quiet and restarts. Ask me to delete one sooner and I will.
Anonymous statistics contain no personal data and are kept indefinitely.
You can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, delete it, send it to you in a portable format, restrict what I do with it, or object to it entirely. Email hello@onlinehub.marketing and I will do it within 30 days, usually much faster.
If you think I have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate, vdai.lrv.lt. I would rather you told me first so I can fix it.
This site sets no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies. Local storage is used to remember what you typed into a tool, and if you have bought Growth Audit Lite, to remember that your licence is valid so you are not asked for the key every time. Both stay on your device.
If this policy changes materially I will update the date at the top. If a change affects how I use data you have already given me, I will email you about it first.
