Refund Policy

Digital products: all sales final

This covers Growth Audit Lite at $249 and any other digital product sold here.

There is nothing to return. The moment you pay you have everything, and the audit runs entirely in your own browser. At checkout you confirm that you understand the product is delivered instantly and is non-refundable.

Rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived are unaffected by this page.

The Growth Audit: refundable, and generously

The $2,500 Growth Audit is work I do for you, not a file you download, so it is treated completely differently.

• Before you grant analytics access, refunds are automatic and I ask no questions. Nothing has started, so nothing is owed
• After access, I sanity-check your data first. If it cannot support a defensible audit, I refund in full and walk away. I would rather lose the work than hand you a weak answer because the money already cleared
• If your tracking turns out to be broken, that is finding number one, not a reason to keep your money

This is the same promise made on the homepage, and it is deliberate. You should be able to find out whether an audit would help without taking on the risk of finding out.

What I will always fix, whatever you bought

Final sale is not a licence to leave you stuck. If any of the following happens, email hello@onlinehub.marketing and I will sort it out:

• Your licence key does not work. I will fix it or issue a new one
• You cannot access what you paid for. I will get you access
• You were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy. I will refund it
• You bought the wrong product. Tell me before you use it and I will swap it

These are not really refunds, they are me delivering what you paid for. That obligation does not expire.

Decide before you buy, not after

I would rather you did not buy something that is wrong for you, so there is plenty to judge it on beforehand.

• Four free tools, no email required, no account. They use the same thinking as the paid products
• The sales page lists exactly what is inside, section by section
• Growth Audit Lite has a qualification bar. Under roughly 5,000 monthly funnel visitors and 50 monthly conversions, the numbers get too noisy to read, and the page says so
• Not sure it fits? Email me first at hello@onlinehub.marketing. If it is wrong for you I will tell you, and if the full Growth Audit is the better fit I will say that too

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, email me. I answer quickly and I would rather fix it than argue. Raising a chargeback without contacting me first means the licence is revoked while the bank looks at it.

A note on Polar

Purchases are processed by Polar as merchant of record, which means Polar is the seller and handles payment, invoicing and tax. Polar's buyer terms apply to the transaction. This policy governs the product, and Polar evaluates refunds against it.
