The short version. The free tools are free and always will be. What you buy is licensed to you for your own business. Nothing here guarantees a result, because conversion depends on your traffic, your product and your execution.
Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by MB Online Hub, company code 306658289, Elvyro Andriolio g. 22B, LT-25128 Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: hello@onlinehub.marketing.
Purchases are sold by Polar, who act as merchant of record. Your purchase contract is with Polar, and Polar's terms apply to the transaction itself, including payment and invoicing. Any VAT or sales tax shown at checkout is calculated and remitted by Polar based on your location. MB Online Hub is not registered for VAT. These terms cover how you may use what you bought.
The free tools
The Revenue Calculator, Funnel Leak Scorecard, Trust Signal Scorecard and A/B Test Calculator are free, need no account, and always will.
They are provided as they are. They run calculations on numbers you supply, using published benchmarks and standard statistical methods, and they show their working so you can check it. They are not advice about your specific business, and no result from them is a promise about revenue, conversion or anything else. Decisions you make after using them are yours.
What you are buying
Growth Audit Lite is a structured self-assessment you run yourself. It reads the numbers you enter and applies a documented method to them. It is not a review of your platform by me, and it does not access your analytics. It models what a leak might be worth. Modelled is not measured, and the tool says so throughout.
Digital products such as prompt packs and content systems are files and templates you download and use.
Nothing sold here guarantees a result. Conversion work depends on your traffic, your product, your market and your execution. Anyone promising you a number without seeing your business is selling something else.
What you may do with it
When you buy, you get a licence to use the product for yourself, or for the one business you bought it for. You can use it on client work you personally deliver.
You may not resell it, redistribute it, publish it, share your licence key, upload it to a shared drive or community, or use it to build a competing product. Licence keys are validated, and a key that is being shared will be revoked.
Everything on this site, including the methods, the copy, the tools and the underlying logic, remains my intellectual property.
Availability
I aim to keep everything working, but this is a small operation and I do not promise uninterrupted availability. If something breaks, email me and I will fix it.
I may change or retire products. If you have bought something and I retire it, you keep access to what you bought.
Where you stand legally
Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under Lithuanian or EU law.
To the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to what you paid. I am not liable for business losses, lost profit, or decisions made on the basis of a tool's output.
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law.
Changes
I may update these terms. Material changes get a new date at the top. The terms that applied when you bought something continue to apply to that purchase.
